Important Tuition Payment Plans and FACTS Management Program Information

New Families You will be receiving an email containing information to set up a 2012/13 FACTS agreement. You will need to set up an account and password with FACTS Management. The next step is to select a payment plan, and provide bank account information. Once you have completed this process, your tuition payment will be set for the new school year. You must contact the Business Office if there is a need to change your payment plan or bank account information.

Re-Enrolling Families
Your FACTS information (payment plan and bank information) from last year has been rolled over into the new school year. Please review your FACTS information. If you wish to make any changes to this information, you must contact the Business Office before June 25, 2012. Your first payment will be withdrawn on July 5th or July 20th, depending on your agreement selection.

Please note that all other school fees will be billed and collected through the Business Office. Any questions regarding tuition payments and the FACTS Management program or other school fees should be directed to the Business Office.

Financial Aid Information
St. Francis also uses FACTS to manage financial assistance. Any family interested in applying for financial aid for 2012/13, should apply online at www.factstuition.com . Please contact the Business Office for further information at (630)668-5800, x1135. THE DEADLINE FOR FINANCIAL AID APPLICATIONS IS MARCH 1, 2012.
