gifts to St. Francis High School in a thoughtful, organized way intended
to coordinate the donor's philanthropic objectives with his or her
overall estate and financial plan. In most cases, planned gifts not

is because many planned gifts can be structured to allow the donor
to retain income from, or the use of, the "gifted" property
during his or her lifetime. Planned gifts can also be structured to reduce,
and in some cases, eliminate income, capital gains, and estate taxes.
