Positive Coaching Alliance
Successful athletic departments are run the same way as successful teams. These teams identify common objectives and goals then get every member of the team and sport’s community working toward achieving these goals. In order for the athletic department to be successful as a whole, we must identify common goals for all members of its “team;” coaches, athletes, parents, community members, faculty, and administrators, and then work toward achieving them.
St. Francis High School has a unique and exciting opportunity to do this. Through a partnership with “Positive Coaching Alliance,” we have set up seminars (90 minutes) for parents, coaches and athletes. These seminars will be held as follows:
- Parent: Saturday, April 20, 4:00 pm, Rosmonowski Room.
- Coach: Saturday, April 20, 7:00 pm, Rosmonowski Room
- Athlete: Monday, August 12, 6:00 pm, Kuhn Theater
I hope to see you all here for these special seminars and I want to thank you in advance for helping me take the athletic department here at St. Francis High School to the “Next Level”.
Dan Hardwick, Director of Athletics
